Oradian interview questions

The process was expected to include: Recruiter, VP of Product, Live Case Study, and CEO. I had the first recruiter call, which mainly covered standard STAR-style questions. After the call, I was told twice that I would receive an update, but unfortunately no follow-up came. I fully understand that hiring priorities can change. Still, even a short update would have been appreciated, especially after a candidate has invested time in the process. Overall, the lack of communication left a disappointing impression.
