10 questions, varied. Very straight forward, somewhat intimidating. Emphasis on knowing OCFA service area, culture. Must be able to connect past work and education history with the role you are seeking.
It was a tough but fair interview process. Be prepared for a variety of questions. Although it is a nerve racking experience, if you come prepared and professional they will make you feel comfortable.

You must submit an online job application with additional supplemental questions. If you are screened in as possessing minimum qualifications, you are scheduled for a written exam. The written exam is administered at OCFA Headquarters by an HR Analysts. You have 2 hours or 120 minutes for a 100 question test.

Question 1
Apparently their managers are required to have critical decision-making skills and a high level of expertise. Their written test help them identify candidates who are precision-oriented and skilled in areas of mathematics, interpersonal communication, and statistics.
It is a 2 hour scantron type paper test at their headquarters. The test is on these categories.
1. Written Communication - 20 questions
2. Analytical Ability - 20 questions
3. Ability to Maintain Accurate Records - 20 questions
4. Math and Statistics Knowledge - 20 questions
5. Interpersonal Skills - 20 questions
There is a 100 questions in 2 hours and most of them are scenarios in the form of lengthy paragraphs. Very little time to complete the test.
