Apparently their managers are required to have critical decision-making skills and a high level of expertise. Their written test help them identify candidates who are precision-oriented and skilled in areas of mathematics, interpersonal communication, and statistics. It is a 2 hour scantron type paper test at their headquarters. The test is on these categories. 1. Written Communication - 20 questions 2. Analytical Ability - 20 questions 3. Ability to Maintain Accurate Records - 20 questions 4. Math and Statistics Knowledge - 20 questions 5. Interpersonal Skills - 20 questions There is a 100 questions in 2 hours and most of them are scenarios in the form of lengthy paragraphs. Very little time to complete the test.
