The HR will give you a form to fill up with your necessary details and references. Afterwards will be a technical interview which will be conducted by two people, they will ask about OOP concepts (for software engineer). After that will be HR interview with two people.

I was interviewed around Q3 2021. The steps involved were: - Online exam, codility if I remember correctly. - Technical Interview, usually with the team-lead of the project where you will be eventually deployed should you pass. - HR interview.

Interview
I applied through their website and was called for an online exam. I was considered for project-based and was invited for an interview in their office. The interview was technical and behavioral on the same day and was asked to fill some forms for the client interview.
I was then invited by their client for an interview the following day.
