They conducted a walk-in. These guys were very surprised and weren’t prepared for the interview at all.
They took approx 30-40 min for an interview process. The interview was pathetic. They did not asked any technical questions. The lady only told me that how it was not good for me to leave my company and come to a startup with only 200. She was blabbering out all the cons i will have if i will join the company.
