I applied online. I interviewed at OrderUp in Aug 2016
Interview
I had a brief, 30 minute phone interview on a Friday with a corporate recruiter. It was clearly a "vetting" interview, which is normal. As following the trend of the reviews below me, I was told that I would hear back regarding next steps the following Monday or Tuesday. Over a week went by and I sent a follow up email. It took another week and a half to get a response back from HR. They apologized for the delay, and said they would follow up with next steps the following week. Two and a half weeks went by, and I decided to send one more follow up email. I received the same canned response "So sorry for the delay, I will follow up shortly with next steps." That was almost three weeks ago. All in all, the process has been very unorganized and unreliable.

Question 1
If you were the top innovator in the company, what idea or innovation would you come up with to set yourself apart from other competition?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at OrderUp (Pittsburgh, PA) in Feb 2016
Interview
2 Phone interviews: 1 with HR rep about 30 minutes, 1 with Operations Manager about 45 minutes. 1 in-person interview with the general manager of the zone. Also had to do an interview project. Biggest con when interviewing was their timeline. Everytime they said some would get back to me by Monday, they didn't call until Friday. Ended up offering me a job in another city, I told them if I could WFH part time and commute part time I would be interested. The HR guy told me he would definitely call me back tomorrow after speaking to the manager, never heard from him. Emailed after 3 days, never heard back.
