With two hundred current employees, our robust recruitment process ensures we hire the right person for the right role. Nobody understands this more than our CEO & Founder David Hallam, who is proud to still be involved in the recruitment process despite the ongoing growth and success of the business.
With over thirty years’ experience, David conducts each and every interview using carefully tailored questions to establish not only an individual’s skills and experience, but understand their professional interests and motivation as well. We look to determine not only that an individual is suitable for the role, but that we are suitable for the individual as well.
Part of our recruitment process includes a short functional skills assessment. There are no ‘trick’ questions, it is designed to help us understood an individual’s abilities to apply logic, reasoning, follow instructions and spot inconsistencies, as well as carry out simple mathematical processes which may be required within their job role.
