I applied through other source. I interviewed at Orderlion
Interview
The process includes around 3 rounds of interviews, including a few practical tests, talking with the CEO and CTO and having another talk with current team members before a decision is made ade.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Orderlion
Interview
The process was quite articulated but transparent right from the start as it showed in the job ad.
To get to the first interview I had to record a quick video and take an online assessment on TestGorilla. Doing so allows candidates to speak through their skills and not only their CV.
After this, I was invited to 3 interviews with various C-levels and team members. Everyone was very kind and welcoming and I was at ease right from the start.
Finally, I was requested to provide them with 2 references that they actually called.
All in all, a challenging but smooth process that I truly enjoyed. 💫
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How do you deal with demanding or difficult customers?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Orderlion (Vienna) in Feb 2025
Interview
First, they send you 2 tasks: 1) to record a video of ca. 5 min and answer 3 questions 2) to do an online assessment. I sent a video and 7 min after, while I was doing the assessment, I received a message that my application was rejected. So first of all, why did you make me lose my time by doing an assessment if you took your decision by looking at the video? I also think that if you want c2 levels of English, German and Italian, the salary should be significantly higher. Moreover, startups of this kind should not require any assessments before the first hr interview. Wake up, you are not Microsoft and none needs you.
