I met with two members of the talent team, over email and phone. The phone interview seemed friendly and personable and they SEEMED really interested. The interviewer actually had detailed questions they seemed to understand. I was impressed. I enjoy helping smaller companies build stronger roots, because so many of them scale terribly. What they wanted to scale with and for wouldn't have been a hardship for me, but a nice and fun challenge to align.
Companies can't change if they stay the same. New talent can't come in with *waves hand in circle* gatekeepers. What you read in these company reviews, is EXACTLY what you should expect in the interviews.
And to ensure this is posted, that's where my review will end. The Bolt CEO had the right recent idea.
