I interviewed with one of the owners, and this particular interview was actually one of the more formal interviews I had for a minimum wage position. The business is family owned, and all the owners are friendly and my interviewer asked fair questions that you would expect in an interview: describe yourself, what are some of your negatives, what traits do you have that fit the position, and so on. Dress business casual or above, and just be yourself. About 5 minutes into the interview the owner did a good job of balancing small talk and professionalism, and it helped to take the pressure off of me. I was hired on the spot, and gave my start date then and there. Also, be prepared for a phone call ahead of time which may include a few questions.
