The interview process was clear and organized. They informed me in detail about the steps and their feedback had no delays. Everything was smooth. They focused on two things: 1. Cultural fit 2. Skills and previous experience All interviewers made me feel comfortable and they left plenty of space to open up and present my self. They asked a lot of questions so they can verify that I'm a good fit, but with no pressure. They explained in detail about culture, way of working, expectations, salary, benefits and they were open to discuss any questions ever after the interview. I've had interviews with, HR, direct manager, Fellow Engineer and CTO, That was great, because I had the chance to meet everyone that I'll work with and everyone was willing to answer all my questions until everything was clarified. Overall, an awesome experience!
