Organogenesis interview questions

I interviewed with an HR Manager, also the hiring manager, via zoom for 40 minutes. She spoke about the company, its recent growth and the high turnover. Nothing positive was shared about the company's culture. The agency shared that she was unwilling to provide any feedback regarding the interview for any candidates. Very disappointed in my experience.

I applied and was quickly contacted by the recruiter to do a phone screen via Teams. The interviewer didn't seem very engaged or interested in getting to know me, and seemed to be rushing to get through a checklist, which made it hard to keep a conversation going. They also did not seem to know much about the role. I was ghosted afterward, and I still see the job posted after 4 months.
