Orgvue interview questions

The interviewer was exceptionally warm, highly engaged, and verbally positive during the call. The interview was designed to find out who you are as a person and not so much about your identity as an employee.

For me the recruitment process was application, online assessment, phone screening, video interview, then technical interview. It was all very quick within 2 weeks i think. But the phone call was at a weird time at like 6-8pm because i think they are calling from UK.
