I applied through an agency. The process was straight forward. I got a call from one of the interviewers to have a quick conversation about the role and my interest, after that I got a in person interview with two interviewers, the whole thing was very relaxed and more like a chat, then I was proceeded to third and final stage where I had a zoom interview with two of the directors.
