The phone interview is the first step, they will ask you legit interview questions. Be prepared and write some notes down if you are not good with interviewing. After this process they called me for a face-to-face interview.

What is one word that your supervisor would describe you as?
The interview was very pleasant and the interviewer was very engaging. The interview over all was very easy and the interviewer was very kind and understanding. Very professional and neat interview.

Interview took about a hour. Questions were on either your integrity/morales or specific customer experiences where you handled certain situations with customers or went over and beyond what was asked.
