I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Orlando Health
Interview
Interview Process:
Initial call with the recruiter, after which I was scheduled for an interview with the director.
I followed up with the recruiter by email to understand the nature of the interview so I could prepare properly, but I didn’t receive a response.
On the day of the interview, I joined on time; the panel was a few minutes late, which I didn’t mind. However, the people who interviewed me were not the ones originally listed.
Interview Details:
The panel asked me a few questions, which I answered methodically.
Toward the end, I was given time to ask questions, though one interviewer continued asking their own questions even after we had gone over the allotted time.
I did manage to ask a few questions before wrapping up, thanking them for their time.
Post-Interview:
I sent a follow-up email to the recruiter the next day, but received no reply.
Later, I checked the portal and saw that my application had been marked as rejected, but I was never informed via email.
The lack of communication and feedback felt unprofessional.
Overall Impression:
While the interview itself was fair and the panel asked relevant questions, the communication and follow-up from HR were disappointing. Not receiving a response to inquiries, feedback after the interview, or even a formal rejection email left a negative impression of the process.

Question 1
Describe an end-to-end project you worked on. I was asked to walk through an ad-hoc request I received, how I approached it, gathered data, built the solution, and communicated the results.
