Overall a very smooth process. Recruiter was efficient at scheduling my interviews (approximately a week between rounds). Interviewers were nice, felt present during interviews (not distracted), and willing to answer questions.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Orum (Seattle, WA)

Thank you for your application to the Senior QA Engineer role at Orum. Competition for jobs at Orum is always strong, and we often have to make difficult choices between many high-caliber candidates. We ended up moving forward with other candidates, but we’d like to thank you for applying. It's not lost on us that the job search can be stressful, and we appreciate that you considered us as one of your options.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Orum in Aug 2024
Interview
I was reached out to by Orum’s recruitment team for a fully remote Enterprise Account Executive role. I went through the screening call, met with the Director of Sales twice, met with the VP of Sales and then CEO for a mock. I confirmed throughout the entire process this was a fully remote role. After completing all of these steps, I got a phone call from the recruiter that the hiring team now wanted someone in NY or SF?
If this is truly the case, it feels very misleading and unfair to proactively reach out to candidates for a remote role only to change your hiring criteria at the last step. Also never heard feedback directly from the sales team which was extremely disappointing, wouldn’t recommend.
