I understand hiring is tough right now for everyone, but I went through 3 interviews and then was completely ghosted by the hiring team. I sent two followups and got no response. Interviewing is very time consuming and to go through 3 rounds and then leave someone hanging is a waste of time for all parties. Keep your candidates in the loop so they can move on or prepare accordingly. Also the last interview with the director she seemed extremely disinterested - felt very awkward.
Applied to this company before and this was my experience: I was completely ghosted. Initially I had the first interview with a recruiter and was completely ghosted. I emailed, no response. Emailed a week later still no response until my third email, I got a response and we did the interview online, the recruiter was robotic. Just questions and then I answered. I tried to make conversation but it seemed the recruiter wasn't interested. I sent a thank you email and didn’t hear back for months until I emailed another recruiter that I haven’t heard back from that recruiter at all until then they sent the rejection. Very unprofessional. Interviewed for a coordinator position, which I was pretty qualified for and excited, but the position based on the other coordinator positions was so low.
