Recruiting contacted me by phone and was very warm and friendly. We coordinated a meeting time at one of their restaurants. The interviewer made me feel at ease. Meeting at the restaurant gave me a good idea of the company culture and the customers. At the conclusion of the interview, the interviewer told me the next step and kept to her word about following up and coordinating my next interview. At the second interview, I went down to the corporate office in San Diego county to meet with the District Manaager, and the Director of Operationsand Director of Training. Everyone was warm and friendly and the company culture was definitely evident in both my meetings. Soon after the meeting, I was offered the position.
