      Assay Development Scientist Interview

      21 Jun 2022
      Anonymous employee
      Oxford, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Osler Diagnostics (Oxford, England) in Aug 2019

      Interview

Initial screen by recruiter and HR was followed by a half hour chat with head of assay. Relatively soon after (1 week) I was invited for an on site interview with a mix of theory and practical work.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

How would you approach dilution problems.
