Was invited to an informal 30 min phone call with a recruiter but the recruiter never called me after multiple emails sent. No response was received so felt very let down.

I have mixed feelings about this company, I have applied twice and really believe in what they are trying to do. The first time I heard nothing and the second they progressed my application through three rounds. Communication was slow in between. At the final stage I presented to them a task which two days to compile. They seemed disinterested in what I presented and took no interest in getting to know me so I knew I had not got the job. It then took a long time to receive a generic rejection. I asked for further feedback and heard nothing.
