Our House interview questions

Applied for a listing online. Then heard back from a leadership person asking to set up an interview. Do the interview with them soon thereafter. They said will get back to me in a week or so about moving on and next steps. A week goes by. Nothing. 2 weeks. I hear back with the standard sorry for the delay. Want to do a second interview, this other person will be following up shortly with details on scheduling that with you. A week goes by. Nothing. 2 weeks. 3 weeks. I have to reach back out again, and they reply saying that they "had to put the search on pause for a bit" but I was certainly going to move on and that when it picks up again they will reach out to schedule. That was 2 months ago. In the meantime, I have seen this place relist all over the place the same exact job posting not once but twice since they said they were putting it on "hold". Same listing. And not a peep from them.
