went through a phone screening by presumably who would likely be my future boss if I were to get hired. I was told that there would be an onsite interview after this but got ghosted. I got an offer I'm happy with elsewhere so I went with that. I think this company has room for improvement in terms of communication regarding the hiring process. A simple "we're moving on with another person" would suffice.
