I applied in-person. I interviewed at Outback (San Angelo, TX) in Dec 2024
Interview
The Interview was short and simple, didn't need a resume on hand, Originally applied online on their website and that lead to an interview that I could schedule. However upon arrival it seemed that the interview time much less sent to the restaurant so I applied also in person. The Gentlemen who interviewed me was firm but nice the entire time. He said that the kitchen lead was busy and said he would give me a message or call when they weren't so we could continue the interview. The main issue with me was I never worked in a kitchen like this I did do a year of Highschool Culinary arts where the class was inspected by officials but that did not count as experience. A day would go by and no word from them so on the second day I called them to reach out and sadly they went with someone with experience and if they had issues or someone was out sick I would be contacted
