Interview was a simple process. Dress was business casual. Questions asked were concerning experience in customer service and how you may handle certain situations with customers. The interview was not stressful at all and flowed like a normal conversation.

Interview
Start with 1 interview with one of the regular managers just talking about your availability, prior work experience, if you have any experience in food. Then they conduct a 2nd interview with the General Manager asking around the same questions.

Multi-step interview with MOD & Managing Partner. They were interested in my previous experience & thoroughly read my resume, even asking questions regarding such. Seamless, straightforward process, with clear expectations set from the very beginning.

I scheduled an interview on friday for Monday. I was asked to come back tomorrow for an interview with "the big boss" as the lady called him. My question is if everyone is offered a second interview?
