Applied at the restaurant and go a call for an interview one day later. The entire process was really easy and there's nothing to be afraid of. The people that work in Outback are really good, they make you feel comfortable and easy talking.

It was pretty easy, but the interviews i was made to wait longer just to get asked the same 2 questions by different managers. When I finally got to talk to the big boss, it was only then that I felt seen by the company and was offered a job on the spot.
