      Assistant Store Manager Interview

      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

      I interviewed at Outerknown

      Interview

Concise, straightforward and conversational. I was involved in 3 rounds of interviews. First with talent recruitment, then with operational management and then directly with my hiring lead. All three levels were professional, respectful and engaging.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Instead of providing behavioral directive examples like, "Describe a situation where you had to diffuse a confrontation," the questions asked were more personal. They were asked from a macro perspective in order to gain insight into me as a person and as a professional.
