It was a group interview with 10 other people. We were asked to sell a packet of biscuits to the store manager. They hired the whole group on a three month probation period.

Really friendly, more like a casual conversation.
Emailed to ask for any available vacancies. Received an email within a couple hours to say they had a vacancy for Service (tills, fitting room). They asked me what my availability was and how soon I could interview. From email to job offer in a matter of 3 days.
