Outplay Entertainment interview questions

Quick and easy to book. It took a few weeks from the application to interview. The interview itself was super easy to book. It could only be done via Zoom which suited me fine, however we were only given 30 minutes so the interview itself felt very rushed.

I applied on February 7th 2023, and had the first interview with the company president a few days later. I received positive feedback and an immediate follow-up interview request with three lead/senior designers, which took place on February 28th. Again, I received positive feedback and was asked to interview again with the leadership team and create a presentation. The third interview was on March 17th, and was with a panel of nine interviewers, and lasted just over three hours. So the total interview time was around five and a bit hours. I booked time off for the third interview due to the length and importance of it. However, I never heard back from them after this. I sent two follow-up emails, but both were ignored. Throughout the process, I was told they were happy with my performance, and I didn't feel it was going anything but positive. So it was a huge surprise to be left in the lurch and ignored after sacrificing so much time and effort for them.
