Outreach Engineering Manager interview questions

I have applied through the portal and overall process took around 3 weeks to complete around 5 rounds of interviews. Most of the questions were on Team & People Management and 1-2 rounds focused on the technical aspects like system design, both high level and low level. Once the rounds are done, the recruiters ghosted me for almost 3 weeks. I tried reaching out to them, but there was no response. Towards the end of 3rd week after interviews, got a standard rejection email. I can understand the delay in the recruitment process, keeping the candidate in the loop is basic etiquette.
