I was contacted in text with a phone listed in Seattle Washington. They wanted a visual interview…. This was extremely strange because they didn’t tell me what the job paid. They didn’t answer any of my questions. They had a very complex set up for an interview. This could’ve been a scam and it wasn’t really outrider. However, when I tried to contact the outrider office… no one answers the phone there is no human being that someone can talk to they have an address… I had a really bad feeling about this because as a CDL A driver.. most companies try to recruit heavily for Drivers with Good records this company wasn’t that way it’s as though they didn’t care anything about my MVR they didn’t care anything about my education or skills it seemed like they just wanted to see my face and I visual interview any company that does this I would suggest you stay away from them this was frightening Artificial intelligence is pervading our country right now. I can’t believe that uses Artificial intelligence is not very interested in the employee. They also offer scammers a foothold because people will think it’s legitimate because the company itself is legitimate. I personally would advise anyone working for a company like this…. The people who called me were scammers… my experience, trying to contact Outrider was downright strange. Just from the interview… this company concerns me deeply and it’s frightening

1. Interview with Hiring Manager (Team Lead) - deep dive into past projects and experience - lot of questions on technical concepts relevant to the role.
2. Technical interview on coding capabilities in cpp.
3. Technical interview on domain specific knowledge on SLAM.
