Pre screen interview via phone and then they will bring you into the office for an interview to meet the team! Possibly a one on one with the owner. Owner and CEO is still very involved in the company which is great.

What's one thing you would do to improve the company?
Very bizarre group interview where they sign up, seemingly all applicants, for training which trainees must pay substantial fees to attend. I thought it was illegal to charge employees for training unless they are not guaranteed a position, meaning you pay the company for training and may not even receive an offer at the end of it.
