Ovation Medical interview questions

1-Initial interview with internal talent resource professional. This portion of the interview process was straight forward and easy going. 2-After the initial screening with the internal talent resource professional the next stage is an on-site visit and interview. I had to fill out the standard paper work, which was organized in a rather unprofessional manner. 3-My interview with the hiring manager went well except that he was not expecting an individual with my skill set. Clearly there was a lack of communication between the hiring manager and the talent resource professional.

After 2 interviews with VP and President, ask me to come up with a project for them. No feedback after I sent them my project. During that period of time, I emailed them to ask for more details. Never got feedback, what they want is just sent them the project. And it seems like they don't even want to talk to me in person. Why do they brother asking me to do the project if they don't even want to talk?
