Ovation Property Managment interview questions

Showed up to my interview fairly early. Was greeted by leasing staff. I went and sat in for my interview with the manager who then informed me that she was not looking to fill a assitant manager job at her property. But for another property. After a few questions she decided to call her boss for me meet with her. I stepped out so she can give her a call. The manager came back out to tell me that the position has been filled as well but they have a Leasing Consultant job available at yet another property . This was a huge waste of my time. I have Assistant Manager experience and worked my way up to that. Why even call me for a interview for a manager position just to try to get me to interview for leasing. Thats a insult!!!!! I will never apply for this company ever again

Short but asked a lot of questions. Asked a lot about time management and work style. Asked about previous positions in the industry and asked how I would handle difficult situations with clients.
