OverDrive Software Developer interview questions

The entire process was professional and what you expected but when it came to the final interview they were late and took forever to respond. The technical question was not bad.

Had a 1 hour coding exercise that required working prototype. Than another 1hr white board event. One guy asked relevant dev questions, the other theoretical stuff that has nothing to do with the job. Didn't care at all about my past experiences. Very picky company, cult-like, and everyone seems to be age of high school.
