A current employee recommended that I apply for freelance work at Outthink. I met with them today and instantly felt comfortable with the environment. I met with two Creative Directors who were super nice and took the time to review my portfolio.

Interview
I was brought in through a friend. I was interviewed initially by a few people at a open table, but it wasn't formal. They looked through my portfolio. You need a strong portfolio to be hired. I was called back about a month later. 2 wks after that I was hired.
