The interview process didn't go far because the recruiter was unable to see how my prior experience would translate to this role. I was met all the requirements but my other job titles were different so they didn't think it was a fit.

Meet in person with the NZ Managing Director and met the Founder online for the final interview. Was very friendly, and approachable, yet direct and professional. You can feel the overall business ethos, values and energy from their interview style, approach and content.
