The interview was quite thorough but really informative at all stages. Started with an initial call to assess suitability, followed by an assessment task, online and then in person interview. I really enjoyed them, felt challenged and well supported in all aspects.

Interview
Initial interview with HR to find out why you were interested in the role, followed by an interview with the team which involved answering a few questions about strengths/weaknesses but was mostly focused on giving a clearer picture of the team dynamic and the type of work they delivered.
