Three stage process with the line manager and various members of the team. Predominantly focused on competence and value-based questions. Conversation in nature. Team was friendly and interested in me as a person, not just a candidate.

The interviewers were all very friendly, although it was quite daunting having three people interview you at once. It was clear they knew exactly what they were looking for and asked specific questions
