After you apply, you're invited to take a written test at the Oxnard School District. The test had about 44 questions to test your knowledge of English, grammar, basic math, etc. If you pass that, you're invited to a 20-minute panel interview over Zoom with 3 interviewers. The final interview is in person at the Oxnard School District with a panel of 4 interviewers (HR Directors, HR Analyst, HR Technician).
