The hiring process was very tedious and time consuming. But the over all experience was very good. The interviewers were very friendly and there was no actual pressure of interview. The questions were quite basic, which included both theoretical and practical aspect of the subject.

I applied for the interview through their website. After 2 days, I received a call from HR. I gave a description of my background. A very nice discussion. I was asked to make a presentation-ready as well. Since then it was a very negative experience. The HR used to call me once a week asking some questions that he had. The HR here is neither skilled nor know the subject but that is understandable. What I didn't like is the procrastination attitude of HR towards the candidate. After about 3 weeks of once a week calling, they ask me a question that do you know Hindi as you are from the south (something that was really irritating). After that day, I was asked to appear for an interview. When I wrote an email, HR replied that he is scheduling the interview for next week and that interview date never came. The kinda careless attitude that needs to be really reported. Unprofessional in fact!
