Interview process was good, the management team is under experienced and fears talented individuals. Had zero constructive feedback throughout the process or when rejecting candidates. Made it through to offer stages and didn’t get an offer or a good answer as to why, all their feedback came straight out of ChatGPT and when I asked for specifics because the feedback didn’t make sense, seemed like they only wanted to talk about it because they didn’t want to admit in writing that it’s because I’m over qualified.
