A few interviews with different people about my experience, then more specific questions for the role and role play simulating customer and csm interacting. People were lovely but the process took a while
I received an email saying they can't continue the interviewing process with me, as I didn't complete a task within the 48-hour deadline. I never received the task and didn’t know there was supposed to be one, so the process seems to be broken.
