Be sure to have to marketing skills or else you won't get hired. They seem to be pretty rigorous in their marketing since I've seen online ads of them all throughout Amazon and my Facebook. Easy going guys though.

Very nice, casual environment. In person interview with GC and owners. Mainly asking about lifestyle and getting to know you type questions, followed up with written performance exam type exercise on a typical invention.
