Interview
Video interview which was mostly competency based questions such as tell us a time you’ve dealt with a difficult customer etc.
The interviewer’s were nice and it felt relaxed, I interviewed on a Wednesday and they told me they’d get back to me by the Friday. Instead, I got a rejection email a week later on Christmas Eve which wasn’t very pleasant to receive.

Question 1
Tell us a time you have dealt with a difficult customer and how did you deal with it?
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PA Housing (Leicester, England) in Jan 2023
Interview
There were a few roles going, 1 was a 1yr contract position. I was led to believe it was an admin based role. I was offered the contract position. On my first day there was no laptop ready for me to use, the others had theirs. I found out another new starter knew someone in the company but was less suited to the job, they got the full time position. I also found out it was also a call centre, not what it had been made out to be in the interview.

Interview
The whole interview process was very stress-free, and the team that interviewed me were warm and welcoming. I only had one Zoom interview, but it lasted about an hour. One of the nicest interviews that I have had.
