The interview was in person, I met the team and the leadership/ management, and went on a tour of the facility. It was very personal and I enjoyed the experience.

Interview
I initially had a phone interview that lead to an in-person interview a few days later. I interviewed with the director of rehab in person. The phone interview was with a PT. I briefly got to speak with a PTA while in person.

I felt that the interview process was fair and insightful in relation to the interests of the company and the role for which I was applying. I felt that I was able to gauge fairly what the demands of the role were; however, changes to the demands of the role were not expressed clearly.
