Did the usual 20-minute HR phone screen and then was ghosted by them. HR asked me the usual questions - What do you know about Paper? Why do you want to join the company? Why do you think you'll be a good fit for this role? And then i got a chance to ask questions i had about the company/role.

Interview
Recruiter screen followed by tech interview with two data scientists, followed by interview with Director of Data Science, followed by interview with Director of Product. The whole process took a little more than a month before an offer.
