Interview
The interview was 3 hours long. They make you write program. Ask all technical questions, go really deep- this goes for 3 hours. Interview process was ok but what bothered me that after a week and half I got email from the recruiter saying they want to extend offer and will have formal offer the first half of next week. And I waited and by Wednesday was getting anxious, emailed the recruiter he said write another follow up letter- wrote one more letter - heard nothing for weeks and finally got email from recruiter saying they want to pass and not consider you. No feedback. Very unprofessional process. Good thing I didn’t get the job. Would not be happy there.

There were 3 different interviews. The first was on the phone, the second was in person with 5 different people and a skills test, and the third was with the head of the department.
