Part 1: Online recording. You pre-record your response to some common interview questions and they review them later. Part 2: Online live interview. An interviewer goes over some more standard questions and tries to get a better sense of who you are.

Took 20 minutes and was a full video interview. They gave 30 seconds to prepare a response between each question. Also, Maximum 3 attempts per question from what I remember.
