Process was fine, a technical review with questions that you could answer openly. Sadly, the process is that you must be a unanimous decision by the team for you to be accepted, and if that doesn't happen you're out of luck. Don't expect any feedback either as to what you could improve on. I love their software, but not impressed as a candidate.
