I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at PELICO
Difficult interview
Application
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PELICO in May 2026
Interview
Typical and thorough interview process with a recuiter conversation (I was a referral), a product demo/interview, a deeper interview and case study (plenty of time to prepare it), and a final interview with the CEO. The interviews were well structured, but conversational, and there was sufficient time to go into detail and ask questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Lots of exploratory conversations around my commercial experience, supply chain and operations experience, and how my past experiences have informed my approaches to commercial conversations.
Five interviews total, all with different focuses. Meant to gauge industry knowledge, overall practices, problem-solving abilities, and team cohesion. Everyone was great and knowledgeable, and the interviews felt very organic and natural.
